We had a fantastic stay-our spacious apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a lovely river view and the staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from a greater variety of fresh fruit.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. I found popcorn scattered on the floor in the lounge, which made me question the hotel's cleaning standards. For the price we paid, I expected way better attention to detail....

Comfort and ease of access to some very good dining.
My only negative comment is in regard to the restaurant within the confines of Peppers. Although I know it is not a part of Peppers I found the restaurant "Mud" most unsatisfactory in terms of Quality of Food and Price. It surely must give a poor impression of Peppers to have a restaurant such as this so closely identified with the Peppers brand.

Had a great time at Peppers! Spacious suite with fine river views. The location’s perfect for exploring local restaurants and parks. Just a bit of noise from nearby buildings, but overall, I’d definitely return!

Sitting on the balcony with a view of the river was fabulous and the suite having all the "creature" comforts made our stay very enjoyable and relaxed. The staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful.
Having to pay (albeit subsidised) for parking. I felt it should have been provided
