I greatly enjoyed my stay at this lovely modern hotel. It was an excellent and stunning location close to Launceston and the river. Very close to the city center.

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Mudbar restaurant was fantastic, with sensational dinner and exceptional food and service. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay...

It had marvellous location close to Art Gallery. And close to pubs and cafés, it was a bonus.

Great Location and Views!

Comfort and ease of access to some very good dining.

My only negative comment is in regard to the restaurant within the confines of Peppers. Although I know it is not a part of Peppers I found the restaurant "Mud" most unsatisfactory in terms of Quality of Food and Price. It surely must give a poor impression of Peppers to have a restaurant such as this so closely identified with the Peppers brand.

Excellent location with delightful boardwalk beside the river and marina. Ideal for river cruises, cycling and walking. Several restaurants to choose from below and beside the Hotel. We ate at Mud for lunch...  

We had a fantastic time in this city due to its central location that offered ease to reach all attractions without taking a taxi. The hotel staff was really helpful and efficient, and the suite was well equipped, clean, and spacious. Moreover, the food at Mud downstairs was delicious, and the service was great. Lastly, we enjoyed the view of the river from our 3rd-floor suite, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Sitting on the balcony with a view of the river was fabulous and the suite having all the "creature" comforts made our stay very enjoyable and relaxed. The staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful.

The hotel is situated on the waterfront with nice restaurants nearby and walking and running tracks along the river. The room was spacious enough and had a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the stunning sunset views from our room.

The river water was brown and the day was hot with little shade. It would have been nice to have a bar with outside seating and shade.

Room Layout and Facilities

Never managed a good nights sleep, the noise from the road is astounding, semi trailers and trucks at all hours, coupled with the fact that there is no blackout curtains so the streetlights and daylight are constant..., If you are sensitive to either light or sound then this is definitely not the place to stay!! The tap on the washbasin prohibits either a facewash or a shave, and a measly little square of soap in the shower is all you get - inadequate. The room itself is very good, its such a pity the above just messes it up..

We had an excellent stay at Peppers Seaport Hotel. The location was perfect, with a fantastic view of the river and city from our top floor balcony. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was situated away from the town but still within walking distance to all the facilities. Our 1 bedroom suite was spacious and great for longer stays. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, either admiring the beautiful hills or watching people go by. The variety of restaurants in and around the marina provided a range of dining options, from casual to fine dining. The overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
